1. Who we are
FrameShit Studio is operated by FSS Media, which is responsible for your personal data under this policy. You can reach us at any time at the email address at the end of this page.
2. What we collect
- Account data from Telegram: your Telegram user ID and display name, which Telegram shares with us when you open the app.
- Content you upload: source videos, face photos and saved characters, and the results we generate for you.
- Project and usage data: your projects, face assignments, render jobs and their status, your credit balance and transaction history.
- Payment data: confirmation of each payment (amount, currency and transaction ID) from Telegram or the payment provider. We do not receive or store card numbers.
- Technical data: sign-in session tokens and basic server logs (such as IP address and timestamps) used for security.
- Your email address, if you join the early-access list on this website. So that each person can join only once, we also store a random browser ID, a one-way hash of your network address (deleted after 30 days), and whether you used a VPN, proxy or Tor (detected from your network’s public name). We use all of this only for the list and delete it when you ask.
- Messages you send to support.
3. How we use it
- To provide the Service: analysing your videos, tracking and replacing faces, and rendering and delivering results.
- To manage credits and payments.
- To send you Telegram notifications about your renders.
- To keep the Service secure and prevent fraud and abuse, including enforcing the Acceptable Use Policy.
- To answer support requests and meet our legal obligations.
4. Faces in your content
Faces in your uploads are processed automatically only to detect, track and replace them in the render you asked for. We do not use them to identify who people are, and we do not build profiles from them.
5. How long we keep data
- Temporary working files are deleted automatically after a render finishes.
- Projects and finished videos stay in your library until you delete them.
- Account data is kept while your account is active.
- Payment and transaction records are kept as long as the law requires.
- To delete your account and all associated data, email us from the contact below.
6. Who we share data with
We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with service providers that help us run the Service, and only as far as they need it:
- Hosting and cloud storage providers that run our servers and store files.
- Telegram, for sign-in, notifications and Telegram Stars payments.
- Payment processors for other payment methods.
- Cloudflare, which delivers this website and provides its privacy-friendly visit statistics (Cloudflare Web Analytics).
- Public authorities, when we are legally required to disclose information.
7. International transfers
Our providers may process data in countries other than yours. When they do, we rely on appropriate safeguards required by applicable law.
8. Security
We protect data with encrypted connections (HTTPS), access controls, short-lived sign-in sessions and time-limited download links. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to protect your data and fix issues quickly.
9. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export or delete your data, and to object to or restrict certain processing. Email us to use any of these rights. You can also complain to your local data protection authority.
10. Children
The Service is not intended for anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect data from children.
11. This website
frameshit.com uses Cloudflare Web Analytics to count visits. It works without cookies or local storage and doesn’t follow you across sites; we only see aggregated statistics such as pages viewed, referring sites, country, browser and device type, and page load times. The site also remembers your language choice, and stores your email only if you join the early-access list. We don’t use advertising or tracking cookies. See the Cookie Policy for details.
12. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy. The date at the top shows when it last changed. For significant changes we will give notice in the app or our Telegram channel.
